Payment Method
Payment for translation services must be made by bank transfer. The necessary bank details for the transfer will be provided upon order confirmation.
Payment Due Date
Payment is required upon order confirmation. The translation is confirmed once full payment has been received.
VAT
All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes and are subject to VAT, which will be added to the total invoice amount.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for urgent services or specific requests, such as the mailing of physical documents. These fees will be calculated and communicated in the quote.
Data Confidentiality
All information shared for the purpose of translation, including personal data and documents, will be treated with strict confidentiality. The banking information provided for payment will also be secured and used solely for processing the transaction.
